When the forum is in operation the Clan Bank will begin it's operation.

Sometimes people bother members of our clan. When this happens they can bring it up at a meeting, and the decision of how much of a bounty will be placed on their head (if any). If a member of the clan kills an enemy with a bounty, they can claim the reward. To claim the reward they should but do not have to have a witness and/or screenshot. All Rewards are offered by people who suggest them.
